What is your deepest, darkest fear?

That one day I'll wake up looking like this again:
Okay, I wasn't quite that big, but I can so easily lose control and end up back there.
Take this internal conversation that's been going on all day:
[Background - I baked choc chip scones and Blondyflops - a kind of oaty, date, biscuit fridge cake]
Head: You really don't need anything to eat. You're not hungry, you are getting the right nutrients and calories from your meals for the day. You didn't manage to run more than 2 miles on Friday, and you ate 3 sausages and creme brulee on Saturday, not to mention the 1 scone and 3 blondyflops you ate on Sunday.
Greed: Stuff that, I'll just have another one.
And so, folks, I have eaten 2 scones and 4 blondyflops (I think) that I didn't need to.
