Every pound lost is to be celebrated. You're doing well. My weight loss appears to have stalled this week, but I can see that I'm building muscle rather than just retaining fat so I'm reasonably okay with it. Who knows, it might surprise me by tomorrow, too.
There is always that plateau factor - a way around that is to take your measurements. It's good that you can see muscle building though!
